The great room with a 25ft ceiling has been set up for the family to gather around to watch tv, play games, and visit. Two dining tables to accommodate large groups. A french door goes out to the deck Accessible through the master bedroom is the master bath: with a pedestal sink, tub/shower combo, and the washer/dryer in this area. On the other side of the great room is another bedroom and bath with a shower.

The kitchen is set up ready to go with a beautiful view of the river out both windows and a small breakfast table. The stairs across from the kitchen lead to two lofts with a catwalk to connect them. One side has 4 bunk beds with a single on the top and a double on the bottom. The other side of the loft has two of the same type of bunks, a separate shower, and a restroom with double vanity.

Only 24 miles to the beautiful town of Mountain View where you can enjoy local music, crafts, Ozark Folk Center State Park, Blanchard Springs Caverns, and many local shops and restaurants. Only 15 miles the other way will take you into Batesville.
