Located in one of the most sought-after hunting areas in the state, lies a cozy hunting cabin and 2 tracts of “wetland enrolled hunting property”. Tract 1 has 100 acres more or less with cabin and Tract 2 has the pole shed and 320 acres more or less.
Both tracts have had extensive work done by the Natural Resources Conservation Service in developing and restoring waterfowl hunting areas as well as some other areas for deer, turkey and small game.
